We are combating this by taking a generation of students to their next level by RE-TRAINING THINKING AND RE-GAINING GROUND. We train athletes to understand their MINDSET in conjunction with their MOVEMENT. This helps enhance their overall understanding of production in the gym and making it transfer to performance on the field. TMD Multi-sport athletic training targets 5 major aspects of the developing athlete:

• Mobility (Proper Functional Mechanics)
