ATHLETIC  ACHIEVEMENT🥅🏅

Congratulations to Ethan Roy “aka” Rick Nash who is apart  of TMD elite hockey training & mindset training program.

Ethan came to TMD with one goal in mind and that was to get the training and development he needed to make the North Bay and District Trappers  U18AAA team. Now setting a goal to make a team is great for any boy, but setting it at only 14 years young is exceptional!  Playing 4 levels 🆙

When asked how TMD has benefited Ethan, here was his response.

“The training has helped my game for sure, I’ve noticed my shot has much more power, I’m also not getting fatigued easily and I credit the dryland training for that. But my biggest development has definitely come in mindset training.”
